Dirty South Pop Up Dinner - Part 2
We're doing it again. On Feb 20th Chef JR Robinson (@MrCheffito) from Kitchen Cray Cafe and Darius Williams (@DariusCooks) will bring you the best of the North & The South in one amazing culinary experience.
There will be 2 seatings: 6-7:30PM and 8-9:30PM. The menu is:
- Maryland Crab Cakes over Smoked Gouda Grits Topped with a Lemon Pepper Aioli
- Southern Fried Green Tomatoes topped with Lump Crab Pico de Gallo
- 7-Hour Braised Short Ribs with Garlicky Spinach, Redskin Mashed Potatoes, and Housemate Steak Gravy
- Lemon Pepper Honey Fried Chicken with Braised Greens, Watermelon Chow Chow, and Butter Pecan Cornbread.
- Hennessy Peach Cobbler
- Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with Caramelized Bananas & Rum
